The content of this website, including descriptions of construction methods, materials, specifications, timelines, project examples, photographs and architectural renderings, is provided for general information about what we do.

It is not an offer, quotation, estimate, specification, warranty or professional, technical or legal advice. Every project we undertake is subject to a written agreement, to the conditions of the specific plot or building, to architectural and structural design carried out for that project, and to the planning and building permits that Cyprus law requires. Materials, specifications and build-ups shown for one project do not necessarily apply to another. Some images are architectural renderings rather than photographs. Nothing on this website should be relied on as a description of what any particular project will contain or cost.

4. Intellectual property

The text, photographs, drawings, videos, logo and layout of this website belong to Pelasgos Homes or are used under licence. You may view the website and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, distribution, publication or modification requires our prior written permission.

Names and logos of suppliers and manufacturers that appear on the website are trademarks of their respective owners. They are shown to identify the products we work with; their appearance does not mean that those companies endorse or are affiliated with Pelasgos Homes.
