Our architects will create your living space and satisfy your highest expectations providing quality, excellence, innovation, and cost effectiveness.
We are proposing you a full range of architectural services in Cyprus – planning, documents preparation, detailed design, applying for building license and supervision – following the construction process.

We charge 23 Euro per sq.m for architectural plans and preparing all documentation for the application of the building license. For engineering, our costs are 12 Euro per sq.m. The cost of sewage, thermal and electrical plans is 1000 Euro.

We are handling projects in all major areas of Cyprus: Limassol, Nicosia, Troodos area, Larnaca, Famagusta.

Pre-design investigation:W ith the establishment of the first contacts with the client we offer you a detailed investigation of the project works aiming to achieve maximal investment effectiveness of the project. Preparing a complete pre-project analysis with actual parameters of the building effectiveness, WE provide our clients with the right approach in the choice of investment commencement.
